Zen 4 will supposedly be here in the latter half of this year, so that will be a big leap in performance over the Ryzen 5000 series of CPUs.

"The rumor states that AMD can announce its Zen 4 powered 5nm Ryzen 7000 CPU family as early as Computex 2022 which is by the end of May. The 600-series AM5 platform will also be accompanying the processors though the actual launch isn't planned until mid of Q3. It will be a similar launch cycle as Ryzen 5000 with an announcement happening much earlier, but retail availability in 2-3 months' time." wccftech

I consolidated my AMD builds this morning moved the RX580 and WDSN750 to the 320 board. The B550 and Ryzen 3600X are being moved on in preparation of Ryzen 7000.

On a side note, the RTX 4090 is rumored to be a 600W card which is just ridiculous.

Slap that in an overclocked 12900KS system and you can probably heat a football stadium.

Yes. Those are the APUs I'm looking forward to. I may get one for my emulation and gaming needs.
