RX6650XT memmory clock is always high MHz

I have a problem, I installed the RX6650XT and did a "spoof" to the RX6600XT but under MACOS the card memory clock is always high, the gpu core saves energy but the GPU memory does not, and the fan turns on every now and then, is it the same for you?
But interestingly, it should be anyway, under Windows11 I already have power saving clocks lowered.
For windows11, I have a situation that the memory clocks are raised when I give a refresh rate of 75Hz, and on MACOS, even if there is 60Hz, this is the problem.
