RX580 Power Consumption Problem

Hey!

I recently bought an RX580 Pulse GPU, for my High Sierra hackintosh system. My problem is, that memory runs 2.000MHz all the time, and the idle power consumption is 90W. How can I lower it? What could possibly cause this?

It's weird if I don't use my secondary monitor with DVI, everything's fine. Do you have any suggestion? Thank you!

idle on istat is around 95w.

compared with NVIDIA GPU, AMD GPU in multi-monitor setup, AMD GPU consume much more power than in single-monitor setup, it is normal for AMD GPU
