RX 580 in Mojave > What Setup Do I Need?

My RX580 is arriving in 2 days and I want to ask, if I will have native HEVC encoding/decoding support (I have it on my system now, streaming h265 4K movies to Plex on my TV) without having to tinker with my setup (as other forum topics suggest). I plan to have Wharevergreen and Lilu and FakeSMC + some HWsensor kexts enables and a clean clover setup without any graphics setting enabled there. Is that much to expect?

works for me on RX 580 with those kexts although it seems to be using the iGPU for those tasks

Hm, seems like it indeed usesthe iGPU for the encode/decode, but I'd like to know if there is a simple way to use the RX580 for this or maybe, both GPUs?

Also, this works for you how? You have set iGPU in BIOS as auto, or enabled? Did you tinker with Clover Settings?

I have it as enabled but the default output is set to PCIE 0. When i had it disabled, id get weird glitches/crashes in some places (e.g. the magic mouse pref animation)

As for clover, I am injecting the connectorless platform id for skylake processors (HD 530) along with whatevergreen but that's about it

EDIT: I also have the change GFX0 to iGPU as well

Thanks, wil. take a look at that. Btw. installed the RX580, the system works, but I dont see the bios screens :/ Regarding Clover, what do I need to disable?

1. I disabled NvidiaWeb, but left Inject System ID. Is that ok?

2. I included my screen from Clover Configurator, can you make suggestions on what is necessary and what is not?

3. I would like to have monitoring of Radeon fans + sensors, I have the following kexts in my Clover folders, are they ok?
