Running at 60hz hidpi?

Update:

Pixel Clock patch didn't work and DP1.2 make no difference either. Might just accept the 30hz at hidpi, but use 60hz (without hidpi) when watching a video with 60fps.

f it makes any difference, I can use a sharp and smooth 3840x2160 60hz at the boot/clover boot screen.

Strange. Is DP 1.2 enabled in your Display (in case you can enable/disable it)?

It is.

Will be experimenting with the numerous suggestions I found on the internet like quartz debug and whatever else Apple has in their developer community.

Final update.

I think it maybe a drivers issue with Nvidia as when I was reading an article concerning my monitor, it mentioned something about the hz.

What I was able to do was manipulate the pixels from the monitor settings to make the letters sharper. Although, it may take some time to get used to because it's too sharp (picture provided). So Maybe playing with the monitor settings could make it work.

I'll provided photo. What it looks like now vs. with 30 hz (minus the vividpixel setting)

30hz Hidpi looks a lot softer vs. 60hz without hidpi
