Hi all!

With the Apple Mac Pro spirit of excellent cable routing I tried to be closer to that spirit :).

Comments:

You can see on the photos that there are few visible cables. Some of the cables were cuted and molex installed to match best short cable routing :). Front panel cable is an headache and you can see the result :). So short cables means, rigid construction, less problems, more airflow and good looking machine.

Hope you like

I did use iBoot-Multibeast guide and 10.6 Mac OS X retail DVD and 10.6.5 Combo Upgrade.

Sound is great, but to low, I have to put speaker close to maximum level.
Also for sleep I had to use control panel workaround and is working perfect.

Lovely !
I'm also obsessive about cable routing, though instead of cutting them, I usually leave the spare length on the right side of the case (between the disk cage and the right panel).

Looks good man,

I am preparing to do almost the same machine.

Same Mobo, CPu, Ram and Case

and a 5770 for video card.

Glad to see you had success.
