reuse my clover folder

I used to use hackintosh, but i saved the CLOVER folder and installed windows. now i'm moving back to hackintosh. Can i use the same CLOVER folder on the USB stick?

Hi,

If you did not do any major upgrades to your Desktop then sure, in theory and tests I have copied my EFI folder and it works.

Changes such as:

• Motherboard
• CPU
• GPU

Changes like the above usually requires a new config. If you have made changes there's a high chance the EFI should work, that's if you are installing the same macOS as different versions require different types of kexts, configurations, clover updates etc.

I would recommended that you create a new config and update Colver. No harm in trying if the old one works though.
