Restart instead of shut down | Sierra

Hey, I had success installing Sierra, but I'm still having 2 issues.
One is that instead of shutting down the system restarts

And the other is that the GTX 960 SSC gpu is working, and the drivers loaded, but the integrated intel HD530 graphics are not working. Any ideas?

Fix Shut Down in Clover did the trick. Now the system shuts down

Wonder if anyone get the onboard intel HD530 plus GPU graphics working.

What did you change in clover to fix shutdown? I'm having the same issue. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Open clover configurator... mount efi and open you config.plist in EFI/Clover..

Tick fix shutdown in ACPI ... see if its worked?

Do you have a wake up from LAN setting in your BIOS?

I’m on a gigabyte ga-z170 gaming G1 now and an i7 7700k,

and well now it looks like it's ok,

but last time i did turn off my computer was without my iPhone connected to it,

I'll try one more time hope it's the same with the iPhone connected,

And no i do not have that on in my bios that was one of the first things i did.
