Restart Fails

I installed High sierra 10.13.3, Earlier instead of shutdown it restarts, so I enabled Haltenabler and Fixshutdown in ACPI. Shutdown works perfectly now. What I'm encountering now is it fails to restart. When I restart the machine the monitor turns off and still my cpu is running continuously.

Hi,
same problem.. after updating to 10.13.3 no more restart or shutdown.
the screen goes black, i see the cursor, the hd sometime flashes but mackintosh do not shutdown
i have to reset or force shutoff.

just tried to download and install all kets (lily, nvidiafixup, fakesmc) but nothing changes
