My system spec is below.

ASUS P7P55D-E-Deluxe
Corei7-870
Nvidia Geforce GTS250
SL 10.6.6

When I change the resolution, the screen will stuck in all blue, but the OS doesn't freeze(the keyboard has response)

The only solution so far is to reboot.

I found that some people have similar issue.

Maybe it's a driver problem....

So everybody has any solutions?

ps. I use easyBeast for my post-installation procedure

Just change from VGA cable to DVI cable , and everything is ok :)

Same problem here.

I just put it to sleep (hitting the power button) and when waking it up the screen is back again, no need to reboot.

edit: since keeping refresh at 60 Hz instead of 75 Hz everything works fine.

I have the same card and im having the same problem. I tried using the dvi and coonect it to my hdtv thru an hdmi adaptor and after the apple logo, it all goes blue.

Hello,

I've the same problem. I changed my monitor from 19" with DVI-I to 24" with HDMI. After the boot logo the screen remains blue. But when I use DVI-I everything works.
How can I solve this matter?

Thanks in advance
Huberer

Sorry I've forgotten to mention that I use a HDMI (output) to DVI-I (input - monitor) cable. I think that I read from previous posts that there're problems with such a cable. I will test with a HDMI - HDMI cable in the next days (I've to buy one).
