I recently built a new Hackintosh and I've got an older hackintosh that I want to scrub and clean install windows on. Problem is, I can't remember all the bios tweaks I did x years ago when I installed lion. All I remember is that I upgraded it to uefi...

So to install W7, do I just reset the bios and boot from CD to reformat the drives? OR is there other steps involved?

For Windows, boot to BIOS, select optimized defaults, then, if you want Win7 booting UEFI, set the BIOS mode to UEFI booting, save&exit, continue boot. If you want UEFI installation make sure you select the UEFI Win7 installer to install the OS.
Once in the installer, format the drive and hit next to continue installing.
