<< Solved >> Replace of Graphic card new install needed?

A few weeks ago I installed Mojave with a GeForce GTX650 board.
for this I also selected to inject NVIDIA as recommended in the install guide.
My board also was mentioned not being supported, but it works although slow.
I replaced my old GeForce board for a new Sapphire RX580 Pulse board.
In the system info the Sapphire is also recognized by the OS and Metal supported.
But because the install was done with inject GeForce is it recommended to reinstall without inject NVDIA or is it not needed?

Just stop injecting it and all should be fine.

You can check with the clover boot sceeen menu. Use cursor arrows to go to Options tab, then Graphics. Look to see if Inject Nvidia is even an option? If there is no card it should not detect it and it won’t make a difference. I’ve noticed this with inject Intel. If I set it and disable the IGPU in bios it doesn’t show up as an option.

just checked it with the GTX650 Installed.
The card is recognized by the clover boot and injection is enabled.
i put this card back because it seems that metal is supported according to the system info and i didn't notice much performance difference between the GTX650 and the RX580.
