Remotemouse startup with OS

Hi all, I have a disability which means I can't use my hands so I use a mouthstick. I also use my iPhone as a mouse/trackpad! Now to do this I use an app called remotemouse but it only starts when I login! My question is, is there anyway that can be started at the login screen or as the system starts?

Hey girls/guys, I haven't solved the issue but away around it and that it simple, just auto login! yet if someone does have a solution to my problem please don't hesitate to let me because this isn't the most safest/secure method.
