The story starts here and I was able to boot again after rerunning MultiBeast.

But now the hack won't boot unless I install the Intel 9 Series HD 4600 Graphics Fix. If I try restarting, boot hangs around when the hackintosh unsigned kexts are loaded.

So restart for me is now: safe mode (-x), install the fix, restart.

Any insights?

Would I be better off with 10.10? Are 9 Series MBs better supported?

Turns out it's not enough to run Multibeast and apply the Reinstall 9 Series HD 4600 Gfafics Fix before shutting down. I have to start in safe mode (-x), apply the fix and then restart.

The system runs perfectly now, with Logic Pro 9.2. The only issue is that I can't hot swap external eSATA HD's without mountaing them manually in Disk Utility (the first time i plug them are recognized automatically, but once dismounted, if I plug them again or power off and on, they are not automatically mounted and I have to go to Disk Utility to mount them manually… not that bad…)
