HWMonitor is in Multibeast (Drivers/Misc) and it uses the plugins from FakeSMC.

Not as bad as you'd think, especially because I have 2 cats and hate vacuuming. I do turn it off or use sleep when I'm not using it so it's not a 24/7 dust filtration system like my HTPC / server is.
