Hi,

I left my computer on during the day with "wake on lan" enabled in the bios for the first time and I came back and noticed that during the day, there were many kernel panics. I assumed the system rebooted itself after each time which would mean it kernel panicked even while idle and no user had logged in. The common thing between all panics is below. Any ideas? Full report for one incident attached.

Code:

I had my ALXEthernet kext in my EFI/CLOVER/kexts/10.10/ folder. I've just removed it from there and installed it with MB. Testing over the course of today if it helps. Will report back after.

[EDIT] Something I just thought of. I restored from an image last night. The image was known to work fine with being idle for hours. The only difference i can think of is that in my bios i enabled wake on lan. The reason for this is that I wanted to be able to ssh even if the computer was sleeping. Perhaps it's wake on lan. I can test it, but does anyone know if there's a way to be able to wake the computer from sleep? I was under the impression wake on lan was for powering on with a magic packet.

Well I solved it. Compiled the killer E kext by maize and installed.
