Im having a friend buy all the componets because he was about to spend $2k+ on Apple.com for some nice build quality but shotty performance compared to what can be achieved buy building a hackintosh.

Told him to go with that MOBO because its beast, dsdt, has thunderbolt, and its a premium board, thats a big important part and you dont skimp on the MOBO.

Just a i5 with HD 4000 Graphics.

A few HDDs for storage and SSD for boot.

I just want someone to look over the list I made and make sure everything is in check, my friend said he would order this tonight.

I thought of that but just for the sake of compatability and surety that it will work I went this this MOBO n the IVY bridge.

nah, im pretty sure he orderd everything on that list already. soo haha idk does this build look promising for audio editing?

It seems he wants his recording studio up and running. No troubleshooting time to put in on a new birthing build.

Yea, just want to make sure this is a good build. I think the mobo is beast imo because of the thunderbolt.

Thanks for the reply,

sounds good.
