Lightning storm blew out my LAN on the motherboard along with the cable modem and 2 ports from the pfesense router. Need a LAN card recommendation please.

Realtek 8111 based cards should work with Mieze's driver.

Not sure if they will be an issue with Big Sur though...

Thank you both. Now to wait for the card and hope the lightning didn't damage anything else. Sheesh. I never would have known that the lightning can damage past the cable modem. fried the cable modem then 2 ports on the router, then the port on the computer. everything was connected to surge protectors except the Comcast cable going into the cable modem. I was sitting right next to all the above items when the lighting struck....heard the loudest POP come from I'm assuming the modem. Dam lightning trashed a TV (not surge protected) in the same room and under ground dog wire too.

Anyhow...thanks for the help.
