ReBoot Loop only after migrating files??

:::UPDATE:::ReBoot Loop , now stuck at Apple loader??

So heres the deal. I was on Yosemite Legacy, I am updating to El Capitan clover, I get everything working perfectly with the install, I then go and migrate everything but "System & Network" files from Yosemite TimeMachine backup and it freaks out.

After the migrate it goes back into OSX great, when I reboot the system it goes into reboot loop.

I booted in verbose mode and attached a photo of where it froze and rebooted. Ive tried safe mode, doesnt work, if someone can tell me whats happening and possibly files to replace to get it working properly I would greatly appreciate it.
I do have an external enclosure to hook up my SSD system drive to my MacBook Air and work on the drive and its contents that way if that helps.

:::UPDATE:::

I deleted EvOreboot.kext and got past the reboot loop. Apple screen appears with loader, it loads completely and then sits there. Here is the Verbose mode screen shot where it stops.
