Hi,
I can't enable Realtek audio on my hackintosh. I tried to install the kext using Multibeast, but it doesn't work.
Please, can you help me resolving this issue?
Thanks.

Not correct:
Asus Z170-K is an Intel 100 series motherboard, macOS audio is not native

Try:
MultiBeast 10+ > Drivers > Audio > RealtekALCxxx √ ALCALC887/888b
plus √ 100/200 Series Audio

Ok, thanks. but now when I try to turn up the volume it appears a little watermark, like a speaker with a bar on it.
What should I do now?

What speakers are connect to what color motherboard audio port?
What audio device is selected in System Preferences/Sound/Output?
What scheme are you using to turn up volume?
What audio is playing on what?

Ok. Thank you! The output device was wrong!
Thank you so much!!!
