Realtek ALC269VB no sound

Okay I got a desktop with High Sierra 10.13.1 and I love it!!
Got everything working except sound. My sound card is Realtek ALC269VB seems to be a laptop sound card but its the card I got in my desktop.

I tried this guide without success: https://github.com/insanelydeepak/cloverHDA-for-Mac-OS-Sierra-10.12

Maybe I did something wrong or maybe it don't work for High Sierra.

Anyone got any advice?
One requirement for that guide is "
4 - i. RtVariables/BooterConfig/0x28
ii. RtVariables/CsrActiveConfig/0x3 "

Well I gave up. I bought a 20€ usb sound card. Would recommend works great!

Don't understand that part.

No "Problem Reporting" files attached.
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.

Use the gen_debug.sh tool mentioned in the FAQ, that way it is less likely you'll omit something.
