Realtek ALC 3220

Hi,
i've got Mavericks running on a Dell Precision T1700 Xeon machine.
Everything is running fine only the Audio device doesn't work.

On Dell website i found that there is an Realtek ALC 3220 on board.

Is there any compatible driver for this audio device?

No idea, don't have any information of the codec.
Download, install and run http://sourceforge.net/projects/dpcimanager/. Reply with a DPCIManager/Status screenshot

898 is not close to 280. Need a codec dump/Linux/Live CD/Terminal/
cat /proc/asound/card0/codec#0 > ~/Desktop/codec_dump.txt
Note: codec could be codec#0, codec#1, etc.

I have a dell optiplex 9020 (small form factor) which also uses Realtek ALC 3220.

I cannot find an appropriate Audio Driver in Multibeast. What should I do? Did you get this working? Thanks.

If I got you a codec dump what could you do with it? As far as I know, just needing the codec type (alc280) was enough?

hi, i found that alc3220 = alc280 from realtek.

managed to get sound over frontpanel only ...
but clover configurator - injecthhda with layout 3

want to try layout 4, regarding to "Added ALC280 layout-id 4 Combo Jack Support by Mirone"
