I can confirm that it doesn't need the fcvo patch...

Have not tested. My BCM943602BAED is in a NUC that is currently in service running Windows 7 as a Media Center.

I know its a different card, but the BCM94352HMB with patch works after sleep with Wake for Network Access checked. I didnt even notice it was checked until you said this. I previously had to uncheck it or itd act like it was connected but wouldnt load any websites.

Well some users including me appear to have slower wifi after sleep/wake cycle with that option checked, dont know why :/

I havent noticed any noticeable speed difference. Guess I can uncheck and see if it goes any faster. Im on a wireless ac network with 5.0, havent connected to the 2.4 side at all..dont know if it makes a difference.
