You will need to be more descriptive about what you're doing, what software is showing the error, and what the actual error is. Use photos if needed.

I gonna to install again either mac or win 10.
I patitioned again and when to install showes couldnt attach disk!

You probably made a mistake when you created your USB.

-If I try to install Win10 first, is it mistake?

Installation order doesn't matter. Do initial partitioning with OS X Disk Utility.
