Random reboots Catalina 10.15.7 Gigabyte Z390 I Aorus Pro WIFI

Here is my Setup:

- Gigabyte Z390 I Aorus Pro WIFI
- Intel Core i5-9600K, 6C/6T, 3.70-4.60GHz
- Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX 580 8G G5
- Corsair Vengeance LPX DIMM Kit 16GB, DDR4-3200, CL16-18-18-36
- 500GB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 2280 NVMe PCIe 3.0

Installation was very unstable and the process took many times because it stopped installing all the time.
Finally is was able to get everything running.
The machine is working good. Everything is working so far. USB, Sound, Sleep, iMessage etc.

But after working some time with the machine i faced a new problem:

The hackintosh reboots completely random.
Even when it is idle or there is high cpu load - doesn´t matter.
I tried so many thing for weeks now and I dont know what to do.

I must mention that I am a little noob with the hackintosh, but I am willing to give you experts all the informations you need to help me with this one.

- I double checked the Hardware setup. Cooling and Temperature are fine.
- Bios is newest version F8H
- Clover Update to latest Version 5126
- Kext Updates to latest Version (See attached Clover folder)

nothing helped.

I also attach a big system.log file. there is noch Kernel panic or something like this, but as already metioned i am a noob with this.
