Random Kernel Panics...Please Help

Hi, I'm a noob and have been getting kernel panics which happen randomly but I'm sure there is a cause. Can someone please help? I've posted terminal screen shots below. Thank you! Any help would be appreciated greatly!

I have the GA-P55A-ud3 rev 1 mobo which has LAN 1 x RTL8111D chip (10/100/1000 Mbit)

Hello, I have the same board as you do.
When are you getting the KPanic? On boot, during usage? I don't understand the screen shots.

Maybe, we can figure out together why the computer does certain things together.
