Random Kernel Panic.....

I have attached the screen shot.

My motherboard is P55-UD3L 2.3 FH
ASUS EN210 512MB Display

Is it something to do with my Graphic Card kext file?
It show something "com.apple.Geforce(6.3.6)"

I have a very similar problem with my system, however I don't feel it is random. I get a kernel panic related to the GeForce kext as well but I only get it when I open dashboard, or click and drag an icon on the desktop. Opening some menus also causes the kp. What I find odd is that I can open Front Row, or even play a video game without getting any kp's.
