Hello,

I installed the 10.9.2 update and I have been experiencing some freezes. The audio freezes up and cannot be fixed without a reboot. However, I made a thread for that in the audio section. The thing that I am really worried about is the random freezes that I am getting. Most happen between 5 and 10 minutes after restarting. I have tried waiting it out, but the only way to get it working again is to do a hard reset. I tried uninstalling some known cause for crashes and freezes, i.e. Chrome and VLC.

I don't know what to do and I am to the point where I think that I may revert back to Mountain Lion to see if I can be crash and freeze free. Has anyone experienced anything similar to this or perhaps have any advice and/or suggestions?

Thank you in advance for your help.

I don't think that it is my RAM. I just installed 10.9.1 and everything is working just fine. I guess that I am going to have to just stick with this version until it is fixed or go back to ol' faithful, Mountain Lion.

Thanks for the help!
