Random Boot Manager

I am installing El Capitan hackintosh for the first time on my computer in legacy mode and the first time I booted from USB it took a while but went to the clover boot screen. Then, I clicked boot externally from mac os and it was stuck on the apple logo for hours. I got frustrated and shut off my PC. Now, every time I boot from USB I get a random boot manager instead of the clover boot screen. I have attached a picture. Whenever I click "continue" on this boot manager or whenever I go to the "boot from USB" option the screen blacks out for a few seconds, then comes right back to this boot screen.

I have a HP Pavilion Slimline s3720y
