All of the RAM in the buyers guide is sold out (except shipping from China). I am clueless on understanding RAM. Can anyone suggest 2x8GB sticks that are available on Newegg?

Kingston DDR4-2666 RAM should work. I use 4 such sticks of 16GB each in my main system.

Corsair Vengeance LPX/RGB/RGB Pro
Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB
G.Skill Trident Z/RGB/Royal (note: RGB versions, the RGB doesn't turn off in sleep)
G.Skill Ripjaws V
Crucial Ballistix/RGB/Max/Max RGB

All of these should work.
