Something is wrong with either your SSD or the file system is corrupt.

What kind of SSD are you using?

My guess is something is wrong with either the Seagate or the Kingston. Is your Kingston formatted to APFS? If not, then it's the Seagate.

Try these directions.

I have both formatted to APFS.
And it reboots again with different report.
This is weird.

This time it's a graphics issue. Can you try with your IGPU disabled in BIOS?

All the random crashes is making me think you may have a RAM issue. Try to run Rember or Memtest.

Ok. I will update result later.

Thank you for the trouble shooting.

Ram test all pass
Now i have disabled IGPU, and testing.

Using SSDT for USB may fix this.
I will gird my loins, burn incense to the Hackintosh Gods, dive in and hope that the instructions make more sense than they did in the past.

Update: I have disabled IGPU in BIOS, and still reboot sometimes.
So I reinstall Mojave, and it reboots again.
I use same flash drive to install another Computer, it works well without any problem.
I start to think might be my hard drive problem.
