Tested Clover CUs patches, no longer work in 10.13.4, but CUs script seems to be still work.

Have you try previous attached enable-baffin-CUs.sh script.
Backup AMDRadeonX4000.kext first, copy script to home folder and run below

chmod +x ./enable-baffin-CUs.sh

Since I don’t have RX580 for test, I don’t know which one is correct
./enable-baffin-CUs.sh ellesmere 36
or
./enable-baffin-CUs.sh baffin 36
permission denied :(

Update. I have used AMDRadeonX4000.kext + AMDRadeonX4000GLDriver.bundle + AMDRadeonX4000HWServices.kext of 10.13.3 for 10.13.5. now everything works perfectly @@ luxmark 15k like windows and 14s with fcpx test. Anyone can try the same thing :)

If roll back AMDxxxx.kexts from 10.13.3 which not native support HEVC, need enable AMD HEVC support by dummy injection.

Ok guys I'm lost now.
hunglinh8989 can you explain how did you make it? Where can I find the
AMDRadeonX4000.kext + AMDRadeonX4000GLDriver.bundle + AMDRadeonX4000HWServices.kext of 10.13.3 ?

My situation: in 10.3.4 my rx 580 was not fast but worked well except for random FCPX freeze (I need an hard reboot of the whole system).
After the 10.3.5 update the FCPX freezes went worse.
My luxmark is always 12.079 and opencl only 99.000.
I'm using the dummy kext for Hevc export, no lilu, no whatevergreen.

Thanks!
Alex

You can find them in System / Library / Extension. Use Kext utility to copy kext to S / L / E (copy and paste with .bundle file) and reboot.

Hi,
my question is: where can I find the old kexts from 10.3.3 since I'm on 10.3.5?

Thanks!
