I finally got my Asus ATI Radeon 5450 graphics card to work in ML by adding my device ID (0x68f91002) to AMDRadeonAccelerator.kext and Ati5000Controller.kext...everything is working, full qe/ci, full res, boot & shutdown works.
When i put the computer to sleep, i can hit button on keyboard or click mouse and itll wake up, everything spins & starts but no display on screen via DVI...however if during this time i connect an HDMI cable to the monitor, i get video again but then sound doesnt work...also it should be noted that cold booting with HDMI also displays no video...i must use DVI to get it to work correctly...I never had any of these problems using the onboard HD3000 or Geforce 8400gs...using the Radeon 5450 because i wanted to free up the 8400gs to use on another hackintosh project.
What could be causing the system not to display video after waking from sleep? Any ideas?
