R9 280X Gets Too Hot and System Freezes

Guys, I have a Z370XP SLI now and an oldie R9 280X Gigabyte Windforce. Everything works great, BUT, when I play some games, the GPU gets to upper 93 C and the computer freezes. Doesn't happen to me in any other situation. The fans are working but aren't ramping up, I use SMBIOS 5,1.

Can anyone help me please ?

I'm running 10.13.3 right now.

Jut to let you know guys, im running now SMBIOS iMac 18,3 and I have the same problems, it looks like my video cards doesn't accelerate the FANS enough.

any help would be appreciated
