Questions about a CustoMac Pro model

Hi,
I'm planning to build a CustoMac Pro to use photoshop, lightroom and after effects mainly.

Here is what I wanted to buy:
- Motherboard: Asus Z170-PREMIUM Carte Mère Intel ATX Socket 1151
- CPU: Intel Skylake Processeur Core i7-6700K 4.0 GHz 8Mo Cache Socket 1151
- CPU Cooler: Corsair CW-9060017-WW Hydro Series H80i GT 120mm
- Graphic card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 980 Ti (EVGA 06G-P4-4990-KR or Gigabyte N98TG1 GAMING-6GD)
- RAM: Ballistix Sport LT 64GB Kit (16GBx4) DDR4 2400 MT/s (PC4-19200) DIMM 288-Pin Memory
- Power supply: CORSAIR RM650X 80+ 650w GOLD MODULAR PSU
- SSD: Samsung SSD 500 Go Série 850 EVO M.2
- WiFi: TP-LINK Archer T8E Adaptateur PCI ExpressWi-Fi Double Bande AC1750
- Case: Corsair CC-9011076-WW Carbide Series 330R Blackout

I have a few questions about this config:
- first, did I make any obvious mistake? should it work with El Capitan?
- which graphic card should I buy for what I intend to do?
- is the WiFi card necessary or does the motherboard has already it inside?
- how do I add bluetooth and firework support?
- do I need other things? I was thinking about more fans for exemple.

There are certain firewire cards that will work with your Customac. You'll use one of the motherboard's PCI-e
slots to connect it. Bluetooth usb dongles are listed in the Buyer's Guide. Try the Gmyle brand if you can get it.
