question : How to control fan speed and system temp ?

I would like to know if someone can advise me on an app for my hackintush that i can use to control my pc fan speed and see the temp on my cpu and system.
I've tried some App Store apps like TG Pro but i see no results.

Not at home to test, but the last time I had that working, I was able to decrease the speed of my fans, but not increase. I have some PWM fans connected to my mobo that are on my radiator. OS X would never run them at 100% (maybe like 75%) during overclocks, so I wanted to see if I could get them to 100%. I'll try again tonight though, thanks.
