Hello,

I have a question about something I never completely understood. I have two EFI folders, one on the partition I installed El Capitan to, and one on the EFI partition (after mount). Is this normal, or did I do something wrong at the installation?

Cheers.

If you have one in the root partition, you installed Clover Legacy-root.
If you have one in the EFI partition, you installed either Legacy or UEFI.
With UniBeast USB ready to boot with if you have a problem with this:
Suggest move the one in root to desktop and reboot. If successful, delete the EFI folder on the desktop.
If unsuccessful, use UniBeast USB to boot your system, mount the EFI partition, delete the EFI folder. Delete the EFI folder on the desktop. Eject UniBeast USB.
Download MultiBeast for El Capitan and re-install Clover. Reboot.
