Hi folks,
I exchanged a 6870 for a Quadro fx 5800 while still working on Windows, loved the GPU with MPE in PPr, AE and the lightning speed in Cinema 4d, Maya, Revit, ArchiCAD......etc.
Made the beeeeeeg leap to Snow Leopard to start working in FCP & Motion with the new packages being released.
I love MAC OS, awesome. Thanks to everybody on this Forum!!
NOW, with the new apps being 64bit, GPU & CUDA supported, I can imagine the Quadro card being the monster it is intended to be.
I cannot get any joy with this card at the moment and would love some guidance to get it supported on my Hackintosh machine. Currently I only have a xfx GTX 280 to get by with, but would love to use my quadro.
I did try the fix with the quadro fx 4800, but no joy....
You guys are a conglomorate of geniuses on this site, please help me use this quadro, or it will die a slow and unused death.
