[Q] Does my Desktop support Mac?

Unfortunatly , I didnt know about building pcs with Mac before I went and Bought a preinstalled Desktop .

Here are my specs :

Dell XPS 8300
CPU: Intel Core i5 2300
RAM: 6GB DDR3
Motherboard : Dell 0Y2MRG
Graphics : AMD Radeon HD 6450

Any help on telling me if I can or cannot install Mac would be very helpful.
I hate feeling like the noob lol but im new around these parts.

Thanks for the quick response ijhu, I just recently found a thread posted on here about my rig viewtopic.php?f=54&t=21361 so i think there might be some hope
