When I did the install, I read somewhere here that I had to change the model type to iMac 14,2 - I was able to install Sierra with this setting. But since the upgrade, everything is sluggish. I have a feeling that by setting Clover with this model I caused some problems.

My motherboard is an H55M-UD2H, with a Core i5 2.8Ghz and 16GB RAM.

This should run fairly good (not a bomb but good enough for now). Any ideas if I'm even on the right track to fix this? And what should I set it at if it's the problem?

Thanks!

Took a chance and changed it to MacMini 2011 and Geekbench score doubled... Wow... Such a minor change for such an impact. Still don't know if it's the right one but it's an improvement. Let's hope it's stable.
