Prohibitet sign after trying to boot for first time

after trying to boot for the first time, when it’s half loaded it shows prohibitet sign or cancel sign. Idk what to do after this. I’m using laptop Asus fx502vm with i7 7700hq , gtx1060 ,8 gb ram. I installed high sierra on my hdd(1tb) first formatted with ext
