Progress for 5960X on El Capitan –– Looking for ACPI tables from a 5930k build

Hi all,
To date it does not seem that anyone has successfully booted El Capitan on the 5960X–– everyone has been stuck at PCI configuration begin.

To figure out what is going on, we need to take a look at ACPI tables from a 5960X and 5930K build from the same motherboard and BIOS. Pike R. Alpha mentioned that this should be the next step and may be willing to help out.

For those that have 5930K systems up and running, would you be willing to provide ACPI tables for comparison? Please post here with your motherboard info!

Where do I find the ACPI Table? I have an ASUS X99-Deluxe/5930K/el capitan. I also have the 5960X processor sitting in my parts box and would love to replace the 5930K processor....

boot a Live Linux DVD or run Linux directly on your PC.
