Thank you very much for you hard work! You made installing your "AppleIntelFramebufferCapri.kext" as easy as install (with a kext utility) and reboot. Then voila! My HDMI port now works. Another hurdle crossed for my Alineware m14x R2. Now to tackle IvyBridge Power management.

What's the status with your external ports (what does your notebook have, HDMI, DP..)?
