Hello,
I recently updated to Mojave from High Sierra and since then the "Slightly dim the screen when on battery" is not working properly. Even though it's checked in System Pref. the display doesn't change the brightness when I unplug the power. It works only if I disable and re-enable it, but after restart it doesn't work again. Also idk if that's normal or related but I noticed slightly slower startup of clover and also slightly slower boot time overall. Attached reporting files from the tool
