I did press f4
and i tried both fn+f4 and just plain f4
but nothing ever appears in EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/origin
I'm not really sure why

Must press it at the main Clover screen. The files will appear on the EFI partition you booted Clover from.

I pressed f4 and f4 on the clover boot loader menu where the OS is selected.
It still does not dump anything to the origin folder
however, I used the Ubuntu extraction method and was able to get the tables directory which is attached
Please let me know if this is useful.
Thank you for the help so far

Make sure you're checking the correct EFI partition (eg. check on the EFI partition you're booting from).

Your patched/DSDT.aml is not patched correctly. For example, no evidence of an "OS Check Fix" patch.

I finally fixed the problem with my clover directory and pressing f4 now works
I have applied the 'Windows 7 OS Check fix' and still nothing happens
the new CLOVER directory is attached

Need all files requested in USB guide, "Problem Reporting".

update files after 'os check fix' attached below
all solutions so far have the same result, USB 2.0 ports are still dead. They do not even charge or power devices and they work perfectly in Windows OS so it is not a hardware issue.
Thanks so far

Your ioreg shows some built-in USB ports working on EH02. But EH01 is not working at all.

The likely problem is is relatively obvious. The ACPI/patched/DSDT.aml is out-of-sync with your native DSDT.

Note how the SystemMemory addresses do not match:
SPEEDY-NUC:ACPI rehabman$ diff origin/DSDT.dsl patched/DSDT.dsl |grep SystemMemory

Re-extract/re-patch DSDT.
