Problems with some apps in Sierra on h61m-p31/w8

I have Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU G1620 @ 2.70GHz
 
What does it means?
 
I tried to generate SSDT with Ubuntu and put in patched folder but never, I always have a problem with PDF in Preview
 
I have exactly the same problem but with Notes and Safari

And I have a 4690k, I don't think this is the CPU !
 
With the same motherboard? Did you solve the problem?
 
Got the Maximus VI Impact, all the setup is working perfectly with Yosemite and El Capitan, don't know where is this problem... When i'll be back home I'll try to reinstall Sierra with Unibeast.
 
Did you solve with Unibeast?
