Problems with Dell inspiron 5520 high sierra (10.13.3)

I have the following problems I hope I can find solutions for:
1. hdmi audio not working at all although I added "HDMI Audio" kext.
2. when computer goes to sleep and then wakeup the fans make a continous high noise which is not normal like when power on the machine for the first time which means I have problem with power configuration but I don't know it yet, same happening when restart the machine.

samasemo please can you give me link of the guide you used to install high Sierra on dell Inspiron 5520. just let me know what should I do to make the installation work because mine restarts when apple logo appear so I think I missing some steps. I downloaded the high Sierra.app and used UniBeast for high Sierra then after done I added multibeast high Sierra to the usb and tried to boot it on my dell Inspiron 5520 everything went fine but after selecting my external usb on clover apple logo appears for about 1 min then restarts the laptop
