Problems booting up into 10.6.8

Hi,
please help.
Recently when trying to get a second monitor to work i changed the osx resolution.
The second monitor still didn't, but now, i my hackintosh just hangs on the apple icon screen with the white background.
i have tried booting in safe mode etc but with no luck.
i have also tried to change the resolution but not too sure if i have done that right.
please help.
ps. i havent written too much as i am using an xbox one with onscreen keys to write this.

Have you tried booting with the flag that shows what's happening (verbose mode: -v)? Whatever it's giving an error for, that should at least help with troubleshooting what's wrong.

Alternately if you can boot with Unibeast undo whatever you did?
