Hi Dear friends
Why when your iPhone is connected to the USB port to the operating system does not recognize the phone!However, flash disks and other devices such as a keyboard and mouse easily via USB ports recognized and its work properly and only I have a problem with the iPhone. In addition, there is no a problem with the interface cable and the cable is normal. in the Windows operating system I do not have this problem! Now what do you think I should do?

Hp probook 4540s
OS: OS X 10.9.2 AND Windows8.1 Dual boot
i use leatest probook installer : proBook Installer 6.1.13r3
