problem with thunderbolt 3 after installing fenvi T919

Hi,
recently I installed a fenvi T919 wifi/bluetooth card on the only PCI-E 1 slot remaining on the motherboard.
My config is Designare Z390, vega 56, mac os Big Sur 11.3.1 (Opencore installation.)
The wifi and bluetooth worked very well, but soon I discovered my soundcard (Universal Audio0 Apollo) which is thunderbolt was not working well since I added the fenvi card...
The card could connect and I could play sound but as since I opened the souncard console, or any audio software, the whole computer was crashing...
as soon I removed the fenvi, all was working fine again..

Did anyone experience that? is there a way of solving this problem. Having both the card and the thunderbolt working fine together ?

(the internal usb port to which the bluetooth cable of the card is connected works well, before this install, and since I removed the card, I connect it to usb ports which works flawlessly)

any help much appreciated

This is probably USB related.

Have you created a custom USB configuration for your system? Read and follow UtterDisbelief's USB configuration guide - https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/the-new-beginners-guide-to-usb-port-configuration.286553/

Don't forget to include the XHC5 controller from the Thunderbolt card in the USB configuration.

well, when I don't plug the wifi card then with the card bluetooth cordon on the internal bluetooth connector, I use this connector to plug two more usb port (on the case), and use it with no problem on the thunderbolt, all is working fine without the wifi card...
